Traveling all the way from Tahiti to New Zealand, I found him to be extremely responsive, attentive, and truly professional. Despite the complexity of my endometriosis, he performed the surgery with remarquable skill, completely pain-free, and provided exceptional post-operative follow-up.    I have to say, at first I was a bit worried after seeing the low Google reviews, but after experiencing it myself, I’m extremely satisfied. Thank you not only for your professionalism but also for the kindness and warmth of every staff member — even early in the morning, everyone was always so pleasant and positive. I’m currently 29 weeks pregnant, and I’m very grateful to the team for making our first egg retrieval such a smooth experience — and we got pregnant on our very first embryo transfer.    After consecutive miscarriages we came to FA to have testing done in order to find some answers. We had an appointment booked with Dr Simon Kelly, and they arranged an extensive panel of bloods & other tests to be done prior to coming in. I suprisingly fell pregnant the week before our appointment so Dr Kelly put me on medication to help hold the pregnancy and have just given birth to a beautiful healthy baby! While we can’t say for sure if it was the medication that helped this time or just pure luck, it gave us peace of mind & hope. I had asked my gp for these meds previously and was dismissed. Dr Kelly was kind, compassionate and really listened to us. It was the first time i felt heard in 2 years and we would highly recommend FA to others struggling with infertility

   My Wife and I met with Dr Pillay earlier in the year after 3-4 years of no success and a so far unexplained infertility. Dr. Pillay listened and allowed us to talk through our Journey so far and in the discussion we asked if it may be possible that my wife has silent endometriosis. Dr Pillay thought it may be possible and at my wifes request booked her in for surgery and a hysteroscopy. In the lead up to the surgery, during the surgery, and following the surgery Dr Pillay was incredibly positive, extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions we might have. He made what you would expect to be a stressful process seem effortless and incredibly easy. In the surgery Dr Pillay did end up finding my wife did have some endometriosis and it was taken care of at the same time. Since then the first month after the surgery wife fell pregnant and we are now 10 weeks into this new Journey. Dr Pillay quickly switched from problem solving to supporting through the first steps in the process. We had what we expect to be our last appointment with Dr Pillay this morning as we move onto the next steps together. Although he said we can always call if we have any other questions. Our experience with Dr Pillay has been the most positive experience we've had with any medical professional. He has just the right blend of empathy, positivity & professionalism and I would recommend him to anyone else going through the same unknowns that we were.

Dr Sunil Pillay is highly specialised in complicated cases, he identified my issue and solutions for me promptly. I am now living life, healthy and have regained my wellbeing lost through struggling for over three decades with this condition which was affecting my anemia. Dr Pillay and his team - Susan and Anu - are incredibly warm, supportive, responsive and talented.    I have been with Fertility Associates since 1993 when I was pregnant with our daughter. She turns 30 next year. Neil Buddicom and Richard Fisher cared for me during my pregnancy and birth of our daughter - over the whole 30 years we have had nothing but Gucci service just kind caring and absolute professionalism. Even the personal assistants (PA’s) to the specialists are kind and caring and nothing is an issue they are very supportive during any consult. My daughter is now a patient for care as a young woman now - I suggested she be in the best hands and care - thank you for the lovely kind care and consistency over the last 3 decades.    I just had my first consult with Dr. Ogilvie after being referred by my Specialist in Whangarei. My initial contact was "Britt" who is the administrator for the Endocrine Group. I imagine most of the women seeking help are, like me, struggling with day to day emotions and all the mental load that accompanies our "second puberty". The professionalism and empathy that Britt had throughout the WHOLE process was simply amazing. I never felt like I was a nuisance or asking dumb questions....she always replied, and was always encouraging and helpful. My consult with Dr. Ogilvie was amazing, and for once I feel like I might be heading in the right direction to feeling like myself again, but what really stood out to me was the care and professionalism of Britt. She is an absolute asset to that office, and I hope she knows what an incredible difference her kindness and care makes to those of us struggling on the other end of the line. Many thanks!!

   I had a great experience at Fertility Associates Remuera. I did two cycles of egg freezing and while the outcome for the first cycle wasn’t the best I got the great results from my second cycle thanks to changes Dr.Sunil made to my treatment plan. Dr. Sunil is not only highly knowledgeable but, also has a fantastic way of making you feel comfortable and understood with his warm and caring nature. Also, I’m thankful to all nurses at Fertility Associates who provided exceptional care and kindness for me during my treatment.

   I want to say nice things, but communication is very poor. Nurses never answer the phone, and you always have to leave voice-mails. I have had issues getting both my prescription and blood test forms. If you are considering fertility associates, be aware if you have a time sensitive issue they will not answer the phone or help you. Never seem to be an issue of being asked to pay or reminding you of the bill though
