A+++ Staff were professional and easy to approach. The waiting areas were comfortable and the whole process was pleasant and fast. I felt informed, cared about and would recommend this clinic to all.
I had cataract surgery recently with Dr Dean Corbett. The process was quick, painless and and I felt i was in very safe hands. I am thrilled with the results, its life changing to ditch the glasses. A big thank you to Dr Corbett andthe team at auckland eye.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Auckland Eye to anyone. I couldn’t have wished for better treatment before, during and after the surgery. Only one eye was the subject of this surgery and while the other is OK at the minute I would have no hesitation to a return visit when the time comes. I have been visiting Auckland Eye every other month this year for surgery and follow up procedures. They have been able to take me in early when I needed it and at every step they have been caring, professional, efficient and courteous. Going to a specialist is not necessarily an enjoyable experience but this would be as close as it gets. I can't speak highly enough of Dr Yap in particular and the very helpful staff from the reception thru to the technicians .
I don't normally leave bad reviews but I feel that in this occasion I have to. When you trust a provider with something as delicate as your eyes (or your face) and willing to pay big bucks out of pocket in the current financial downfall, it ok to expect good service. But at Auckland Eye you will get no service. The receptionists are rude and mess up your appointments and the follow up is delayed. Mariska shoul not do quotes, she isn't polite. Underwhelming experience, I feel sorry for the doctors, who are the only nice people there. Glad that they can afford loosing clients. I will go elsewhere!
Because of something wrong with my eyes! At The Doctor Greenlane, Dr. Chi-Ying Chou, who helped me refer me to Auckland eye after the examination by Dr.Gary Wu, went through his careful examination. My retina had a problem. After a whole month of treatment, today Finally, I regained my sight and regained my eyesight. I highly recommend Dr. Chao. He can also speak Mandarin and Taiwanese. If you have eye problems, you can go to this hospital. The optometrist Joseph Stone and the staff are also very kind.
Dr Joel Yap is very personable and takes the time to listen to and answer your questions; highly recommend seeing him. Making an appointment was a pleasant experience - the staff members helping me were very friendly accommodating in trying to help me sort out a suitable time. Only thing that could have been better was the wait time as the patient scheduled before me arrived AFTER my appointment time and was still seen before me - resulting in at least 20 minutes of waiting around.
An absolute amazing team of professionals. Stuart Carroll you are the best. An extremely talented surgeon, I would highly recommend him to anyone needing vision correction. Andrew the anaesthetist was very thorough and knew exactly how to make my experience more comfortable. Overall 100% highly recommended without question. Thank you so much With gratitude Alan
I was recommended by my GP to see Dr David Pendergrast for eye laser surgery. I absolutely love him! He is experienced, caring and genuine. My eyes are now healing well after the laser. I can’t thank him and his team enough. I’m happy with the result and will take good care of my eyes definitely!
This is an amazing company, often giving people 20/20 vision for the first time in their life. I had laser surgery here 20 years ago and my eye vision is still very good. This week my daughter had laser surgery here and we found the business was still as friendly welcoming and caring, as 20 years ago, with fantastic specialists. Their record keeping is top notch, they still had my records from 20 years ago in 1997. Their premises are pleasant relaxing and the lovely receptionist went out of her way to be helpful. There is plenty of parking onsite.
