   ***Update***After your reply, I sent the email with photos of the products that were not available. The response received is: We are happy to provide you with a refund so if you still have your receipt please could you send us a photo. If not, please tell us the date and the total amount of your shop that day - this is a requirement from our Accounts department and then we will process the refund. **Well I could not purcahse anything as it was out of stock and the one product was not honoured at advertised price. So, still waiting for someone to get back to me about the original problem.*** Went to purchase a few products on promotion and staff at the Epsom branch were 'non existent'. Then, they could not find the products, said they are out of stock. One product was on shelf at normal price. On request to honour the advertised price as per the website (of which I showed to the employee) he had a long telephone conversation with the 'manager'. I was informed no one in store can help me, to leave my contact details and management will get back to me. Of course it has been silence. No one bothered! Disappointing for a store of this calibre. Other stores service outperforms the Epsom store by far!

   Stopped in for a friend ended up purchasing some produce for myself. Produce, Deli and checkout team were amazing however Dorje on Chilled/meats counter could have been more attentive to what i required from the meat cabinet as he over did the weight amount asked for by 250grams and thought nothing of it other than to laugh -perhaps some re-training could better facilitate greater awareness and skill around customer service needless to say I won't be purchasing any more chilled or meat products from Farro Epsom again

   I had a pretty good sandwich from here. Didn't want a pie or a burger, so the fresh food was pretty good! High marks for the quality of the food, but for $10 dollars I would have liked the sandwich to be bigger.

   Farro has been consistently good, fruit and veggies are mostly fresh, if you have issues with their product quality, they are happy to get it resolved asap. Some products cheaper than nearby supermarkets when they go on sale, mainly fresh produce.
