   DO NOT HARRAS CUSTOMER WITH YOUR RUDE AND ATTITUDE BEHAVIOUR. Very disappointing experience. I found expired items on the shelves, which is unacceptable. STOP TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE SHOPLIFTERS (CHOR) The cashier (Indian lady wearing spectacles) behaved extremely rudely when my card got declined and treated me as if I had stolen something. When I told her her attitude was not acceptable, she replied, “Do what you want, I don’t care.” And and denied whatever she said then. This level of customer service is shocking. Management seriously needs to review complaints and take action if multiple customers are reporting the same issue. Such behaviour is very unfair and unacceptable in a customer-facing role. If 80 out of 100 customers are complaining and leaving reviews, management seriously needs to pay attention and take action. Staff training and accountability are clearly needed.

   I have been visiting this DHL store near Hunter plaza papatoetoe, today I visited, when I went on check out after purchase my card got declined while paying screen showed Happy New year on my phone screen. I moved aside to check account, then Customer service lady was behaved with me like i m shoplifting, made me feel embarrassed front of 5 to 6 people. Customer service lady wear spex (glasses) 31-12-2025, Wednesday at 02:45 pm. I have discussed with my flat mate they were said they were have exactly same experience then they stopped to go there.

   Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced from this store. It has been almost a year since I was overcharged, and despite messaging and visiting in person, I either received no response or a rude one when visited in person. And judging by other reviews, this seems to be a very common issue. I recently went back again—mainly because it’s the closest store to me—and the experience was just as disappointing. The lady at the counter was speaking rudely to customers, offering no basic courtesy or greeting. The overall attitude towards customers is extremely unprofessional. It’s frustrating to see the same poor service continue for so long with no improvement. I genuinely hope management takes this seriously, because customers deserve much better.

   I feel like this is one of the best places to buy Indian groceries (and Asian stuff too). They’ve got all kinds of spices, and the staff are really nice. If you’re looking for any special item that you usually only find in certain parts of India, just ask at the counter, they actually try to bring it in for you. That’s honestly such a nice touch.

   They will display price something on shelf and charge something else example: valley mily 6.99 display and charge 7.49. And this they r doing for months and i don't think they will really look into this scam price until they get notice from consumer court. So many ppl told them but shameless ppl never look into this. Also cx is really bad so slow to do normal scan and charge.

   Worst customer service ever, why hire people who constantly have an attitude and stuck up faces. It’s shocking see how dh has so many branches but have no idea how to teach their staff manners. Absolutely rude behaviour can’t even speak with kindness always rude and snobby. I thought of giving it a second chance after 3 years due to horrible customer service then and clearly nothing has changed. Not even acknowledging a customer really shows you that all these people care about is taking your money and not providing you with a good service. They constantly roll their eyes at you, and get upset when you ask a question. Never again will I allow anyone I know come here and to your other branches.

   Love to buy grocery from this shop, but customer service is terrible.. girl on counter was throwing groceries because I was still unloading trolley for scanning and obviously you need time to load them again before you head off..I came all the way from Waiuku.. be generous and keep patience..

   Happened few times, charged extra, had to get refund before but again Bought groceries today at papatoetoe DH was charged twice for single item. Can you please look into this. Order number 2599884. Item is corriander bag. Scan twice. Thanks.
