The meat department's customer service is subpar. I intended to purchase lamb, beef, chicken, steak, and chops. However, the associate only provided me with beef and lamb before attending to other tasks. Customer service should be a top priority. Consequently, I was unable to obtain the remaining items on my list. The checkout cashier displayed no welcoming smile or greeting, giving the impression that customers are eager to patronize the business. I have observed this behavior on multiple occasions. In the future, I will refrain from traveling a considerable distance to shop at this supermarket, as it has consistently ruined my weekend shopping experience.

I had an unfortunate experience at Get Fresh Shop due to the rude behavior and racist comments from the staff. It was incredibly upsetting and unacceptable to be treated with such disrespect and prejudice. Customer service should be welcoming and respectful to everyone, regardless of their race or background.
Use to come here when u worked just up the road. Came back after Over a year food is good as always . But 70c for a packet of tomatoe sauce now wasn't expecting that haha
Takeway was a rip off.I bought 6 currys. Lady hardly put any meat all soup oil. Made a mistake going there old yuck rice to please improve your service.
The lady on the till ( skinny tall dark ) is not friendly and I’m getting sick of her passive aggressive behaviour. We pre bought food yesterday to pick up today and when I went to pick it up she looked like she discriminated me straight away not believing we had actually paid for it. We always notice how annoyed she looks but today just rubbed me the wrong way. I hope you aren’t just nice to the Indian customers as you guys have a lot of other people that enjoy your food.
The Quality has definitely dropped from a 4star to 1 star with a drastic increase in food price. Was my frequent stop over for food but today I had enough. Please Get fresh me and including all the other customers who has not raised the voice about the issue wants a improved quality in food just like you use to be. I don't mind paying more but at least I enjoy the wonderful taste with I fantasy when approaching Get fresh.
They sell stuff that's already expired.. (yeah we should've checked but I can't believe they even sell stuff that's already expired for over a year!!). I'm never going there again!
