   So grateful to Sumit and Marsha for helping me out at the last minute. The cake I saw when I arrived for pickup was very different from what I had ordered and didn’t match our theme. Sumit and Marsha quickly stepped in and sorted everything out. Thank you, team!

   I’ve always come to this store to buy whole fish, and normally if I ask them to clean it for me they will. Today I went in to ask for exactly that and saw that they’ve actually placed a sign up saying they’ll clean whole fish between certain hours. When I requested for my whole tarakihi to be cleaned, the Asian lady in the photo told me no. She said it’s difficult for her to clean the fish for customers when it’s only her - apparently there needs to be two people around for this to occur. I told her quite bluntly she should then take the sign down! She eventually caved, but also frustratingly said she would clean the fish for me as if I’m causing her some huge inconvenience…the sign continued to stay up as well even after I walked away with my fish. I wonder how many others will ask and be refused if they don’t push back like I did? Sounded more like the lady was too lazy to clean any fish for customers, but also knows she can’t take down the sign otherwise she will be told off by management. Surely if there’s a genuine issue preventing you from carrying out a service you could just flip the sign down?? Not a nice way at all to treat loyal and paying customers. I have little sympathy now when people blatantly walk in and steal from groceries from stores. I’ve also now come home and seen that she has just cut off the dorsal fin and scrubbed off some scales. The guts were still in the belly and streaming out under its throat. I also had to descale the fish more myself.

   Always a good experience. The most important thing here that attracts me is the bakery. Love buying all baked goodies. So attractive to me. The prices and rates are great too. Value stuff is so much affordable. I got my groceries delivered. Sometimes, I just head off to the place

   I’ve never really had an issue with this place. I come in and get what I want and leave, but I recently purchased four cans of chop-chop chicken, and I found glass in them CERAMIC GLASS. This issue is in no way the store's fault more of a warning to anyone purchasing canned goods

   Good store with good variety. Liked their hot foods in deli area. Tried some fries.. but they were overcooked and I could tell they were leftovers from previous day re-cooked which made it feel like eating crispies. Overall a good supermarket.
