    Has any one ever found out how to get intouch with these guys, spent a bunch of time doing all the papers but when it came down to actually paying and recieving a certificate they just ignoreing me ive been trying for months might go down to the office but almost dont want to waste the gas.

    if you enjoy being told you have to drive for 3 hours for a 5 minute appointment which runs 2 hours late and then doesn't instruct you on how to follow up then getting held on the phone for two hours without someone picking up (I'm sure it would have been longer, but they closed before answering) then this is the place for you.. ..seriously travel expenses + postal costs + the sheer amount of phone credit I burnt through trying to chase up these people ended up costing almost as much as the bloody visa itself

    UNacceptable standards shown from SOME staff (please read carefully I don't mean all.) Undoubtedly, for sane people INTEGRITY is being regarded as the single most important aspect in all professions, even in life, around the globe.
