   I’ve been going to Virgo nails for about 3 years now, and every single visit reminds me why I keep coming back. They truly have an eye for detail and takes the time to make sure my nails are perfect every time. Today’s set turned out so beautiful, I can’t stop looking at them! Beyond her amazing skill, she’s always kind, professional, and makes the whole experience relaxing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for gorgeous nails and someone who genuinely cares about her craft.

   I’ve been to many nail places but this place is hands down the BEST I’ve been to. The place was super tidy and they did an amazing job with my pedicure.    Bad turned good experience-(they were clearly short staffed for Christmas & pulled off lots of clients so kudos to them & seems like a one off bad experience) Booked in through chat for 4 pm, had to wait extra 45 mins so started after 4:45 bc they serviced 4 walk in’s before my friend & I, found that unprofessional since we talked to them to book. Then after removing my friends prev manicure & adding my fake nails on wonky we had to wait for another 30 mins so they could finish another lady, altogether waited quite a while-then when I said my nails were put wonky they told me it followed my cuticles-which were wonky? Hasn’t happened in other nail salons so I said no that’s not true I’ve had this done before please straighten. But despite all of these annoying & inconvenient instances they really pulled through! I LOVE my nails, Anne was really sweet & fixed my nails & helped me pick a colour, the owner (I think her name is Jenny) painted flowers on my nails (her first time) which look sooooo good!! better than I expected. Nails finished at 7:30 so my plans were canceled affecting others plans which sucks-thus the 3 stars. Would’ve appreciated if I got an extra stamp on my loyalty card for the inconveniences but oh well. Would’ve been a 5 star review since they did a great job on my friends & my nails and since it’s all fairly priced. defs coming back for the talent+services+prices but not booking haha!
