The owner’s reply is untrue, so I am leaving this review again. The technician I booked (Linh) never communicated directly with me that she would be serving another client during my appointment time. Additionally, Nghi did not apply a top coat or cuticle oil at the end of the service. If they review their own camera footage, this would be clear. One star is deserved due to the lack of honesty and accountability. I visited for the second time yesterday and will not be returning. My first visit with Linh was satisfying so I booked with her again. When I arrived, I asked to wash my hands first. When I came back, she was working on another client’s eyelashes or brows even though I had an appointment at that time. She sent Nghi to remove my old gel without any explanation. I prefer to have one technician for the entire service, so I asked if Nghi could continue. At first, she was friendly and attentive which I appreciated. Toward the end, possibly because I was the last client of the day, she removed the nail lamp without warning while my hand was still inside. There was also no top coat after the gel colour and no cuticle oil applied.
