This place absolutely destroyed my nails. They are very brittle now and are splintering off due to the poor buffing and shaping. Very rushed and did not feel like a valued customer at all. Please be careful coming here.
I got a deluxe pedicure here today was my first time. I was totally blown away. Never have I ever received such impeccable top notch service and had a pedicure so beautifully done. Hands down literally the best pedi I’ve ever had/my feet and toes ever did see. Thank you ladies @ Precious Nail Onehunga - I’ll definitely be back ☺️
The staff were very attentive and kind to me and other customers. Will definitely call in again. I did use the booking system, but they said it has been quiet, albeit winter months.
I get a gel manicure here once a month and gel pedicure every six to eight weeks! This is the only place I have been to where my nails rarely chip/product last until the next appointment & I regularly cook/clean/gym. Staff are always friendly, professional and efficient. It is difficult to go anywhere else at this point!
Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They paid attention to detail and were very gentle with my hand unlike other places i’ve been to. Will definitely be back again.
I was serviced for acrylic nails and they aren't very good quality. The nails have been filed underneath so much that they are arching up and are somewhat similar yet are different shaped. I understand it is very close to Christmas and I did expect them to be busy, however I did call to book the appointment in advance, but the ladies kept moving around to serve everyone and this meant there were long waits between having the acrylic applied and filled. Also, there were moments where the ladies working on my nails would look to the door to talk to a walk-in customer whilst continuing to do my nails without looking. Many mistakes were made and though the ladies were kind and friendly, I just can't return.
Cannot believe! my nails are so gorgeous. Thanks so much Kelly and your staff for getting it done professionally despite my short nails. The shop is super clean and tidy. They have around a thoundsand colors to choose.Highly recommend for your guys.
