   Had my eyebrows waxed and they burnt me. Didnt feel that hot when it went on so think it was a chemical burn. Also took so much shape out of my brows they are so thin! Will never go back. They did give my $$ back

   I went in with a photo of pink nails with white French tips, and the technician assured me she could do it. While the manicure itself looked tidy (apart from nipping my skin, which was a bit shocking), she ended up giving me a full set of sheer white nails instead of what I asked for. On top of that, the builder gel feels weak and my nails don’t feel supported. She initially offered a discount, then even said I didn’t have to pay at all-but in good faith I said I’d cover half. To my surprise, she charged me $40, later telling me the full set was $80. At the time, I accepted this, but when I later attempted to book a follow-up, I realized she had not been honest about charging me “half.” The price was inflated and above anything listed on the website. I’ve been getting this exact service for some time, both in NZ and overseas, and I’ve never once paid more than $65 including removal - even in the US with conversion rates. The fact I was going to be charged $80 here feels misleading and unfair. I walked away feeling completely ripped off.

   the lady was rude, and kept on pushing me to buy more than i gave. giving me " special deals " just for me?? the nail polish ( gel ) has already started coming off after 2 days?! Overpriced for the service, lady was rude, and felt uncomftorble.

   Every time I go there, they are always so accommodating and so nice! I love the fact the owner provides alot of insight as to what shape and color goes best together for what style I am looking for in that particular month. I'm traveling soon and it's going to be hard to top this shop! I'm going to miss them :) .

   I had gel extensions done here early April. It is late May now and they are still on after 7 weeks... not kidding. There's been no chipping, peeling, cracking or lifting at all. I recommend this place to everyone as they use high quality products and provide great service.

   Horrible experience. I booked my appointment around a month and a half ago because I saw they had good reviews, and explained what I wanted beforehand. When I arrived (on time) that day, the lady (whom I supposed is the owner) told me she had no time to do what I wanted and to choose something -quick-, because of the holiday season. She then proceed to do something completely different from what I asked for. I wanted SNS and she did gel, she hurt my cuticles and did a terrible french design. Also left a lot of glue behind my nails that were uncomfortable, with the excuse that she couldn't see (?). The nail was not properly polished and looked like a nail student job. I paid 90 NZD for that!! but the disappointment was the worst. DO NOT GO especially during the holiday season.

   Anna is amazing and has great attention to detail! Not only is she a perfectionist but she takes extreme care when removing them ensuring she doesn't damage your natural nail. I get SNS and I can’t recommend them enough and my nails are the longest they have been since changing to Signature Nails!

   The Best nail salon I have ever tried !! Thank you Anna for taking the extra time to do my nail. I was the last customer walked in tonight, but Anna didn’t rush to finish her job. She was so patient and paying attention to details. I LOVE my nail!! I will Definitely come back!!
