   I love Hello Belle so much, they are the best nail salon I have gone to! They have lovely service and staff, the price is reasonable, and they always get the shape and design I want. They also always make sure you’re happy with their work and services, and I’m always happy to take on their recommendations as my nails always turn out amazing! Would recommend them to everyone! :)

   Unfortunately I have been here twice now, and both times felt that pedicure wasn’t amazing. The footspa was good, however the paint job is just not good. Paid $50 for a treatment which I think is a fair price, however I expect the paint job to not look like I could’ve done it. Good atmosphere and lovely ladies working there, just unhappy with the quality of the end result.

   We had a fantastic experience at this nail salon. The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly accommodating with my daughter’s nail design. They went above and beyond to ensure she loved the final result. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend to others.

   I would 100% recommend them. It’s a nice environment and everyone is very friendly. I love the outcome of my nails every time I get them done. If something happens or I am not satisfied with what is being done, they are more than willing to redo or fix them.

   My friend occasionally visits this place and the reviews seemed decent and close a location, so I thought I'd visit for a soak off. I never visit nail salons, but I recently went for holiday and got gel extensions done at another studio. Upon visiting, I was greeting by person A who I asked for a soak off, or removal, and explained that I had gel extensions. She examined my extensions and said, "easy". I took a seat and she began the removal process: they took a tip, wedged it between my nail and the extension, and pried it off. Now, I may not go nail salons, but I confidentially do know for a fact that you do not do this when removing any extensions as it rips off and damages your natural nail bed. And lo and behold, it did some damage. I asked her, "you're not going to soak it off for me? I don't want my nails to be damaged", which she responded, "no damage." So I counter with, "I didn't want you to just rip if off, I could've done that at home". This is when person B, who was more fluent in English, came and asked if I'd like to soak it off? Of which I said, "yes". I then got the rest of my nails soaked off, and gently drilled the excess of the gel extension off. I really appreciate person B coming to my rescue, otherwise had person A kept going, I would've made a scene. I have photos comparing a nail that was pried off (left) with another that was soaked off (right). It's not obvious after some aftercare, but the initial was very flaky, as you'd expect. These stars mainly go to person B, I didn't get their name, but I very much appreciate not having to pay $25 to have extensions ripped off my nails.

   It was my first time coming to Hello Belle and I can say that I am very satisfied. I had asked the lady if she could replicate the photo I had of a lady with French tips and a flower tip as an accent nail. She took a good amount of time to file/buffer my nails and the extensions were so perfectly shaped. There was great attention to the accent nail which had a flower dot art and she took some times to redo it until it was perfect which ensured me it was up to standard. When you are being provided such a lovely service for nails, it is understandable where the price point sits so I thought that $80 for what I had asked for was reasonable due to the somewhat complex design I asked for and the 65 minutes it took to have them done. Finally a place that doesn’t leave me with bleeding nails and no visible bubbles in my extensions! Thank you Hello Belle for this amazing experience.
