DO NOT COME HERE!! Came during non peak aka no customers in the store, just after 3pm. Started off so well, until she started painting my nails. The polish got all over my skin and the nail tech wasn’t going to clean it (had actually told me I was ‘done’) until I pointed it all out. She cleaned it by cutting the skin instead of getting nail polish remover and tidying up all the imperfections. See pictures. I kept pointing out more mistakes and she just proceeded to keep cutting more skin that I told her to just stop. I did voice my opinion to her before paying, that it wasn’t done well, and she offered to keep cutting it (it meaning the imperfections) all off and at that point I said it was enough and just wanted to leave. She gave me a $5 discount as a ‘favour’ as if that is going to fix the disaster that is now my nails. Do not come here, you will be wasting your $$$$ and your time! You’re better off anywhere than here.
I live near by so have been over many times and it doesn’t matter who I see, they all do a great job and are incredibly precise in the design/ shaping of the nails. Price is fair and service is quick - can’t ask for anything else!
Quality is very bad. The shape of nails are not uniform and the color is uneven coating. The staff was okay but just not provided professional quality. Also, there was not enough consultation and the finished look was quite different from what I expected, so they did it over again. I appreciated that but still can give only one star…because I used to do self nail and it’s a lot better than this. There is no point to spend money on this quality ;(
Lovely friendly girls but again problem I have is language barrier. They don’t understand what you’re asking for or when you’re not happy with what they’re doing. Very rushed job on gel nails. Lumpy and polish not painted to ends and sides. I specifically asked if colour I selected would be a solid colour that wouldn’t show my tips underneath but she did such thin coats there’s actually blotches of see through spots. Tried to explain I was not happy but she said it was fine. I give up! Would not go back or recommend.
I've been coming to this salon for a few years now & have always had amazing service & results. The last 3 visits have been very disappointing . I've found the ladies rude they don't seem to care.I also feel the quality of work has dropped. Regrettably I won't be returning. I have found a new salon in Mt wellington, Rainbow nails & beauty. They are wonderful even offer a complimentary drink, easy parking lovely clean salon, staff are friendly and gentle. .
I looked on their page before hand and was expecting my nails to be nice and clean when I walked out. But it was quite the opposite. The shape of the nail was crooked and very rough around the edges and she didn’t even use a nail that fit my fingers. When I left, it already looked like i’d had those nails on for a month. I don’t recommend coming here if you want your nails to look good. If you want bad nails you do you, but i will definitely not be returning.

First time doing my nails, didn’t know what to expect. Anna (not sure how to spell her name!) was very kind and helpful, and was very willing to answer my endless questions. I am very happy with the end product, the price was highly reasonable, and there was no pain whatsoever! Much love, definitely a great place to get your nails done!
Got my nails done for christmas. I got a super detailed design done and they over exceeded my expectations. They take care with your nails and make it look amazing. 100% would recommend. Can't wait to go back here and get my nails done again.
