   AVOID THIS NOEL LEEMING AT ALL COST. We recently brought an item from another store but was around new market so decided to get it checked at this store. The staff is only interested in commission from sales. We wanted to replace or fix the same item we have. Not spent more to buy another item. We were told they would look into it and after 2 weeks no reply I called in and they said they processing. I then called customer support and they said store hasn’t sorted it yet. It’s not customers job to follow up, like do your job properly . The fixing quote for item cost similar price to brand new one. $250 for handling fee like what in the world scam is this ??? We ended up going silver Dale Noel leeming and our issue was resolved in 1 day. PLEASE MANAGER OF NEW MARKET AND STAFF, please do one day internship at silver Dale store to learn how to do customer service and process issues.

   I love the Apple section in Noel Leeming Newmarket, better than before. Big space and all the colours of iPhones were on display. Staff were helpful and they know what they talking bout. AirPods Max were finally on display and I can try them, it’s worth visiting the store.

   I went to Noel Leeming New Market and I was amazed in the Apple area that really catched my eyes. The Apple display was amazing where you can see it yourself the all color of the apple and you can now try the airpod max. I also noticed that the area is bigger than before.

   it is a really bad shop I went their to get a laptop and came back after 2 weeks and two days to return it but they would not let me return it and told me to go and that couldn't do any thing. I do not recommend you getting it from here if you are not sure about what you are purchasing. i could even give it a zero

   I bought a microwave about 8 weeks ago, but the microwave had an issue. We went back and asked for the microwave to be fixed. We waited 5 weeks, but when we got it back, it still had the same issue. During the 5 weeks we weren’t given any updates. Anyhow, I went back and asked for a store credit, or have the same model replaced. They told me they couldn’t do that because they need to check with LG. I waited another 3 weeks but there was no updates or any response. I was so fed up so I went to them again, asking for any updates. The person that was on the customer service desk didn’t do a good job at communicating what was going to happen, but was simply rude. The time that we had to wait meant nothing to him. He eventually started getting mad and had no clue what to do. Eventually his supervisor jumped in, disappeared with him for 10mins, and told me they will give me a refund. I will never recommend going to this place for anything. Poor customer service.

   Service was hopeless. Clearly commission based sales people and when they didn't have the item I wanted in stock he just told me that and walked away. Didn't bother to even try and find out if there was anything else he could do for me, let alone offer to let me know when the item I wanted was back in stock or tell me I could buy it online.

   Unfortunately if a product is placed in a different location you still have to pay the original price. I found a headset $100 cheaper than the original retail price but the sales person then later told me it wasn’t the right price some otherstaff placed it there which meant even after complaining he still refused to sell at the price i saw. Yes i get it its a big deal for the company but your service level and staff need huge improvement. Nole leeming stores around NZ seem to have this issue where staff aren’t welcoming….
