   We ordered from Hell Pizza Ellerslie recently and the food was reliably tasty, as expected. Service was decent, though the wait time was a bit longer than expected. The staff were friendly but seemed a little stretched during the busy period. The store itself is clean and has a cool, edgy vibe that fits the Hell brand. One thing to note is parking can be a bit tricky around Ellerslie Village, especially during peak hours, so plan ahead if you’re picking up. Overall, Hell Pizza Ellerslie delivers on flavour and creativity, but a bit more speed and smoother service would make the experience even better.

   Can I just say! I order frequently from this branch and you guys are THE BEST! Your delivery people are always the loveliest people I have ever met and always come down my long driveway. Uber eats will always wait in their car but Hells always delivers straight to the door. Thank you to your super friendly delivery team!!!!

   We have been getting Hells Pizza from this store for many years and they used to be amazing but slowly going downhill. The last pizza we got was probably the worst pizza I have ever eaten. The bbq sauce we had ordered was non existent and there was almost no sauce on the base making it dry and it tasted like cardboard. It put us off pizza completely will definitely think before ordering again.

   Highly recommend Hell Pizza Ellerslie. Always great food and such awesome customer service. I ordered via delivery and the delivery person had my dessert on them but forgot to leave it with my other items. Within 10 minutes, I received a call from the store with the team recognising their mistake. They quickly made up and delivered a dessert to mitigate this! Always so impressed.

   Pizza always really good! Been going to the Ellerlsie branch for many years now! Great friendly staff!! However a special thanks to Sam that does the deliveries. He’s the man! With the Auckland floods a week or so ago our street was really flooded. It all happened so quickly and we felt so bad for ordering delivery on that night. But Sam was a champ he parked ages away and was running through our neighbours garden just to make sure we got our order. I remembered going out with my golf umbrella and he was so wet. Bloody legend Sam! Another fast delivery from you tonight!

   Said my order would take 15 minutes, they completely forgot about my order and I waited 50 minutes and then they took an extra 20 minutes to give me my order. They were not in any rush nor helpful . I watched my pizza be made and left in the open for 20 minutes before receiving it to take home.

   Been to a fair few Hell Pizza branches this one was a tad… off? Still great recipes and tastes but I got Th Beast which is the same amount of dough stretched thin but you are charged a little extra for toppings… well they must have missed that memo because I had a few bare patches. My partner says his pizza was also so not the best example of hell pizza he’s had. Some communication issues with orders and names also. Overall still good pizza made quickly but just a tad lacking.
