I ordered to takeout the wait was a bit but the food wasn't too bad. Service was a little slow but maybe under staffed at the time. Not too sure. It's nothing like other chicken places such as KFC or Chicking but it's chicken. Try it at least once.

Best chicken burger in Auckland. I have no idea how they can make it so juicy, while keeping the full flavour intact. My colleague and I are addicted. I will go back many more times.
Omg this chicken is off the scales....I'm glad to visit instore and order the chicken nibbles that exploded in my mouth I couldn't get them in any faster.....here on holiday and left this to my last day here and now I want to pack the whole shop up and take it to Christchurch....thank you's so much for filling my puku (tummy) I will be back soon for a visit......❤️❤️❤️
Got a maxi chicken burger combo. The best burger I've had in years, chips were pretty good to. Will definitely eat from here again. Highly recommend.
Herd so many bad things about this place, but I thought I’d try anyway…… Definitely worst service ever from the lady who says she’s the boss lol. And the waiting times are absolutely ridiculous just for some damn fried chicken and chips. I would never go back. And I wouldn’t recommend anyone else go there eitha.
Customer service is very poor especially over the phone. I called in to place an order, she was very rude on the phone, I stated that she needed to work on her customer service because I am a paying customer, she said I’m the boss and hung up. this place is never busy so I don’t understand why she was so rude over the phone. Will not be returning or spending my money in this establishment. I expect better especially from a boss. Why would I come & pick up the order that I didn’t get to complete because you hung up before I could finish. ? Work on your customer service because I’ve read multiple bad reviews about your service ! Sue me for telling the truth. You’re a joke !
I bought fried chicken at 1230PM, consumed one piece. I have stored the chicken at a cool place when I reach home. At around 6PM I notice maggots starting to build up.
