We purchased bricks through this supplier for our new build, and unfortunately the experience has been disappointing. The bricks arrived dirty, and despite raising the issue with both the rep and the manager, the response we received was dismissive and attempted to push responsibility elsewhere. The bricks were delivered to a crane yard, then transported and craned into site at extra cost. They were tightly wrapped, meaning there was no practical way for us or the bricklayer to check them beforehand. Once craned in, replacing them would have meant re-wrapping and re-craning entire pallets — an unreasonable expectation for any homeowner. Rather than offering solutions, the communication has been defensive and has not addressed the issue. We also tried raising the matter on social media but received no response. We have tried cleaning them and they appear permanently stained. For anyone considering using this supplier, be aware that while the product may seem fine at first glance, the after-sales support and accountability when problems arise have been lacking in our experience.
