   I live in Tauranga and, unfortunately, I forgot my regular medication while travelling for my vacation to India. It was a very stressful and worrying situation for me. When I visited Unichem Pharmacy Milford, the store manager showed exceptional kindness, care, and professionalism. She took the time to coordinate with doctors in Tauranga and went above and beyond to help me get my regular medication. Her compassion and genuine concern during a difficult moment truly touched my heart. Because of her support, I was able to continue my treatment with peace of mind. I am extremely grateful to Unichem Pharmacy Milford and highly recommend them for their outstanding service and humanity.

   Great experience today! They accepted my flu voucher without any issues, which was such a relief—especially since some other Unichem branches wouldn’t. The pharmacist was fantastic—kind, professional, and really gentle. I didn’t feel any pain at all during the flu shot. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend if you want a smooth flu shot.

   Booked my covid booster online as I am a type one diabetic and qualify for my next booster. Upon informing the older lady I was there for my booster she immediately asked my age and then said I was to young and tried to send me away. I then told her I am a type one diabetic and do qualify and I had done everything through the government portal which checks your eligibility and suddenly it turned out the man who could give the booster wasn't in and they are not doing vaccinations from mon-wens. Absolutely ridiculous don't trust the old lady to not waste your time and lie to your face.

   Most aggressive staff I have seen in New Zealand. Just have been a witness of most ugly service. Sales person refused to serve a woman without any rezone. I can understand that they are under stress, but they created today more problems then needed. I just turn around and went to another pharmacy.
