   I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the lack of response to my repeated requests concerning the removal my name from an account or otherwise account closure. I have contacted Carters on the following dates: 10 December 2024, 13 December 2024, 11 April 2025, and 27 May 2025, 4 June 2025 via email account manager, online forms, phone calls, contact to Tom and Alwin respectively, yet I have not received any acknowledgment or resolution to my inquiry. This continued silence is both unacceptable and concerning, especially given the prompt and consistent efforts I have made to address this matter. I find it difficult to understand the reason behind Carter’s continued inaction and lack of communication. If your team is unable or unwilling to resolve this issue, I request that you immediately direct me to the appropriate authority or department that can provide a resolution. The ongoing lack of engagement calls into question the professionalism and reliability I expected from your organization.
