Dropped my band new landcruiser in for repair after someone wrecked the drivers door. Bernie and the team sorted everything including a loan car. Top quality service and I canβt tell itβs been repaired. She looks like new again. Thanks again

Extremely disappointing and costly experience. I paid around $2,600 upfront for repairs that were supposed to include a new rear bumper and fixing damaged lights after a small crash. They made me pay before the job was done, and when I got the car back, the bumper had just been reattached not replaced and one of the lights was still broken. My car failed its WOF because of the poor repair quality and existing rust they ignored. I later had to spend another $700 trying to get things sorted elsewhere. Altogether Iβve paid more than the car is worth. I strongly recommend getting quotes from other garages first and making sure any promises are in writing before paying. I wouldnβt trust this shop again.

I had my car, a nissan note repaired and was completely satisfied with their work and the speed with which it was completed. Bernie was welcoming and professional and l was confident and assured that my car was left in capable hands. Highly recommend this repairer.

Have used them more than once for family. My son got hit by a drunk driver at Christmas time(still no payout so I paid to get him back on the road for a birthday present just recently. My son seems happy with the work, they were really busy and fitted car in which was appreciated as my specialized mobility van was stolen and written off in the NewYear) Was an unforseen delay waiting on extra part. Kept us informed. Haven't viewed personally as stuck in bed as wheelchair unsuitable (another not so good review to do)

A car body repair shop seems an unlikely place for a good vibe but it's there. Their efficient service, the A+++ repair on my Holden Cruze and their voluntary updates on work progresses ticked all the boxes for me. I hope never to have to use them again but they would be my go to panel and paint repair shop. See, Miramar has everything good.

Would have recommended Body Stable a few years back when I got a couple of separate repairs done, and they were done really well. But recently they really dropped the ball on a job I got done when someone rear-ended me. Had to take it back 3 times for them to do a proper job. They seem to do what they can get away with and are too tight on time so cut corners. Bumper wasn't put on right, they missed clips underneath and there was dribbles from too much spray and not enough on the edges so the clear coat started to peel. In the end they got it right and it did look good, but I'm not sure I'd go back to them.

Terrible experience. The work was unprofessional, the communication was poor. It took a good couple of months from first assessment to work βcompletionβ. My car wasnβt even put together properly - following the replacement of one external panel, the car was returned with a very dirty and grimy interior (that took me more than 2 hours to clean), unsafe, loose and broken rear seats, an incorrectly attached interior door panel, and an incorrectly attached external rear quarter panel. After four or five visits, the witnessing of a verbal argument in the street between management and an employee, endless disappointment, frustration and wasted time on my part, I eventually got the car back to (almost) its original condition. The body stable was recommended by my insurer and apparently many other insurers. I think theyβre overwhelmed with work, and dealing with growth and staffing issues. I understand thereβs a new leading hand, so perhaps things will improve.

Whilst the repair of a car was very good quality, the condition and cleanliness of our car was shocking when we went to pick it up. Paint splatters up the other side of the vehicle paint splatters all over our leather interior, and my remote key stopped working. After a week it he key us now working which only leads me to believe that it had got wet. I did speak to the manager who promised to call me back and sort out all of my issues, however he did not return my call. Very disappointing service would not recommend.
