The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell they genuinely care about their animals. Have had 2 dogs from them over the decades and both were beautiful girls who were loved to bits and are both sorely missed. The place is always very clean and tidy, smelling of disinfectant, like a hospital rather than what I always imagined the pound to be. However the hours they are open and available to the public for adoptions is limited. I assume that the other roles they play as council animal control is the reason they are so busy. Thanks for the amazing hard work you all do. Iām sure parts of it must be heartbreaking so you are strong people to stay day after day fighting to find homes for the others. Thank you for everything.
