Nick is an absolute magician! He cleaned up my mother’s old engagement ring, and gave some very sound advice and recommendations for wedding bands to go with it. It’s as good as new and I am so in love with it, a new lease on life for a gorgeous and very sentimental piece. Thankyou so very much!
I am a single dad raising two young children. I have received service from Wrights Jewellers on two occasions. The first was to replace a watch battery and the second to diagnosis a problem I had adopted from the service from another vendor. When they realised I had been duped, Wrights offered to examine my watch. I asked "how much.." and he refrained from answering. He said "don't worry about it...". The best jewellers in New Zealand. Their designs are original and creative. I would like to personally thank Wrights Jewellers for designing three heirloom pieces for me which turned out so much better than my original design. Over the last couple of years I have been bringing my jewellery to these guys and there is one gentleman in particular that has provided outstanding customer service along with a great wealth of knowledge in this field. I often look quite shabby and not the typical customer of a fine jeweller but I have never been judged and received the same service as others which I appreciate very much. Never any hesitation to pop in and acquire quotes or advice. These guys are top and highly recommended.

I have always had a fantastic experience at Wright’s Jewellers. My stunning engagement ring was from Wrights, they restored my late Grandma’s cameo ring so it looks as good as new; and it’s also my go to jewellers for gifts and jewellery maintenance. Their staff are always extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and make you feel as though they have all the time in the world to assist you. To top it all off the showroom is stunning and they always have the most beautiful pieces and designers in store. I highly recommend Wright’s!
I needed to have a watch reset after daylight saving and the watchmaker was totally invested to correctly reset all the functions, as well as clean my son's complicated watch. Friendly, patient service with no charge! Highly recommended client care, lovely shop. Thank you.
