Hands down the most helpful and best pharmacy I have been to. The staff are lovely and assist you very quickly, providing you with the best information to pick what medicine is right for you. It is very rare to find a pharmacy that cares about you. 10/10, definitely will be coming back!
Big thanks to the lovely woman that helped me last week with the antibiotics for my little one who recommended the probiotic drops. They've made a huge difference! My older one also loves the probiotic gummies you recommended. Really appreciated the help :)
Edit: yes it was definitely the Unichem. Stop trying to redirect the blame onto some other poor business and accept it. Seems to be a theme in the bad reviews here. There was one floor staff and the rest were pharmacists behind the counter so I didn’t try bother them. Do better. Such a joke. Came here for one quick item but couldn't find it and I was in a rush. Only one person working there and I waited for 10 minutes while she chatted to another customer about a leisurely conversation. I waited next to them trying to get the workers attention but didn't even look in my direction. Clearly not wanting to serve me as a paying customer. Went to Life pharmacy and they were attentive and lovely so I know where I will be going from now on.
I was in Auckland without heart pills and went to Unichem Royal Oak. The staff were awesome,helpful,friendly cheerful and happy.In particular Shaimaa the owner is one of the most kind ,helpful and charming people I have met in a long long time. Their service is 200 %percent better than our local pharmacies.Thankyou Shaimaa

Great pharmacy. I have been getting somewhat complex medication for my sister and myself for 14 years and have always found the chemists and staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. There is also the added convenience of adjacent parking and the fact that the pharmacy is open seven days a week.
Stood at the pharmacy counter for a while, there was one person in front of me, after the customer left, the staff also left totally ignoring me! I believed she saw me and so were the other staff, perhaps they were too busy chit chatting amongst themselves, no wonder I didn't see many customers.

I usually get my vaccinations done from them but this time I went in for passport photos with my toddler and I was served by the staff who knew exactly what she was doing so I didn’t look so lost. My purpose for coming in yesterday was for passport photos and I got exactly what I wanted when leaving the pharmacy. In the past when I came in I had my flu and covid shot done by the manager which was really nice. Good customer service. Definitely recommend!
