Yesterday I had the unfortunate experience of shopping here. When going in I saw they had a special on cherries and bought two boxes. One 500g box that was fresh and wonderful, and a 2.5kg box that was almost completely rotten. When I asked the shop assistant when the cherries came in and if they were fresh he said "they're fresh, very good!" and opened the box a bit for me to look at the ones on top. Now I will say it's my fault for not thoroughly looking through the box, but I don't think they should have been sold at all in that condition. I was able to salvage maybe 5% of the box of cherries and had to cut out the rotten bits from many of them. I've attached pictures of the box and what I was able to save after removing all the rotten fruit. Unfortunately very disappointed.
