Your pricing is a rip off... Why is online more than 50 percent cheaper than in store. Your staff also need training... No assistance or knowledge of what is going on!
I went there by myself to shop for dresses and Samantha was so helpful and kind even when I kept asking about things and made me so much less anxious and helped so much

Had an awesome experience in Pagani with Bailey. She was so lovely from the moment I stepped into the store. Best retail experience. Usually I get ignored when I walk into a store but today Bailey was really lovely and helpful.
Poor service my mum come into your store and yous didn't help her our when she was the only customer in there too and there was 2 staff working at the time
Lovely customer service. I got a dress, top and blazer for $101, all beautiful. I don't normally get excited about clothes but the dress is really given me a buzz of anticipation to get to wear it. At a pinch most of the shop is disable friendly. Dressing rooms would be OK, maybe a couple racks would be hard to get a wheelchair between without a Narnia type of vibe to the experience.
Waiting in line to purchase my goods, I was obviously next, the staff member saw me waiting. A younger lady came in front of me and placed her clothes on the counter. The lady apologised to me when she noticed she pushed in (but made no attempt to allow me to go first) and the staff member said it was ok, that she'd serve her. Excuse you Pagani staff member. Rude. I was in line first. The polite thing was to tell her that I was next in line and serve me. Bad customer service.
