The shop advertised that 5 kg sugar was $8.49 on Facebook. When I went there, it was just 4kg for that price. The owner said, it’s just a printing error and he was not going to match what he had advertised. I said this is misleading customers and I can take action. He said, “ You can do what you like.” Very disappointing experience.
Earlier today I went to this shop and bought pre-cut whole chicken packed in single plastic bag. This was very thin quality plastic so at the counter I requested the lady to double bag it. Surprisingly she completely refused and was very rude. This is very poor customer service and she should not be at the counter at all. I'm not coming back to this shop and rather go to Get fresh or other places where they double bag it without even asking and of course they give friendly service not like this woman who maybe the owner who cannot afford a thin plastic bag for their customers. Guys think twice before going to shop here.
Very tidy shop and excellent customer service, very respected and humble owners no doubt.
Great friendly staff but butchers at the back just don’t listen I guess. I bought lamb chops of curry pieces and specifically asked them to get rid of fat please or not put the lamb with alot of fat - at that time butcher agreed and asked me to pick up in 5 mins. Bought total of 2.2kg of lamb chops and found almost 1 kg of fat in it. I wouldn’t mind paying extra dollar or $2/kg but at-least listen to the customers please. This is my second experience. Went to this shop for the first time and got confronted by the staff(probably owner) that i was taking photos of products. I told him his behaviour was rude and that he shouldn't confront customers like that. He didn't apologize or anything. Rude!!!
Shelve item had expensive brand product, when asked the cashier went to check, she confirmed that the they have run out of stock, while the man from the store came from behind and grabbed the right brand for me which I wanted. The cashier was not happy about what she told me earlier now she turned the story and started gossiping about me to another customer that I must check for the products. I explained that it was sitting in different position and was covered by other products and maybe that's why other man from the store must have come to secure the sale, she continued the gossip on me. I asked her that she must not gossip about me to people, whom I do not know and it was not my mistake that I couldn't find the product on the marked price shelve, I walked out not happy with the experience. I will never ever shop here as store is disrespectful to customers
Store is very nice and clean that everything is very easy to find. All products stacked in shelves so neat!!!! Staff in both butcher and front counter were lovely and very friendly!! Found some canned fish that you can only find back in the islands so very happy about that. Will definitely be coming back
