Urban Care persistently cancelled over a 3 week period. Today the moved the cleaning time 3 or 4 times and provided a very substandard clean leaving smear marks througout the house and also damaged two of the walls with the vacuum cleaner worn on the back.
Honestly the worst customer experience I have had: summed up by receiving 15 phone calls from the company the day before the clean. I ended up cancelling at the last minute because it would have been faster to clean the apartment myself and far less stress than having the company and cleaner both call me repeatedly.
Cleaner was late and didn't do a good job. They broke our vacuum, damaged our oven by scrubbing and when we tried to resolve the issue we experienced very poor customer service. I'm very disappointed and will not recommend this company to anyone. We had an additional cleaning invoice deducted from our bond, so definitely not worth the money.
We were stuck in a tight spot when trying to find a last minute cleaner for our rental property. This was the only company that returned our enquiries and sent people from PCS. I asked for 1 cleaner for a 2 hour clean. Three cleaners turned up 20 minutes late. One faffed around wafting dust about with a feather duster and the other two did most of the “cleaning”. Knowing I had booked a 2 hour clean, I popped out to run some errands leaving a relative behind to oversee. I got back after 20 minutes only to find they had left not long after I nipped out. This means my two hour clean was only an hour. And the house was not clean at all. We had to finish the job ourselves. Will never use this company again or recommend them. Avoid at all costs.
By far the worst cleaning service I have ever in counted. I'm mortified that I paid over $200 for 2 cleaners for 1 hour. One scuffed her way arnd the house with a duster yet there is still dust everywhere and she broke a vase. The other cleaned the bathrooms but left water everywhere which dried and left water spots and there is still hair and fluff in all the hand basins. Avoid this company at all costs!!
