   I was looking for a present for a close friend and found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The store was neatly laid out and the owner greeted me with a warm friendly smile. The staff and the owner took their time to help me to pick out the perfect gift. Thanks so much helping me look through your amazing selection. Your store and service cannot be faulted. I cannot recommend you more.

   Couldn’t recommend enough. Came in to get a birthday present for a friend and the staff were so helpful and approachable. I didn’t really know what to get her but Chris was great and asked lots of questions about my friends style and picked out an amazing cardigan she thought she’d love, which she did! Thanks guys!!

   A VERY UPSETTING EXPERIENCE WITNESSING VERBAL HARASSMENT and aggressive behaviour. When visiting Goodness's outside clothing and shoe selection during the Petone Fair, a child was laying on the ground near the clothing rack while my friend and I were browsing - the child was not crying, not pulling on the clothing, not screaming, no messy food hands...just laying still. As you would expect at a fair, there was many children and families bustling around. I was smiling at the child while browsing the clothes when one of the workers (white, tall, thin man with a beard) came up to the mother of the child and aggressively told her to pick up her child and stop bothering the store. His voice was aggressive, angry, assertive, unfriendly, disrespectful, and unkind and harassing. Her response was soft and said her child was OK and she will get up soon. She asked him to mind his own business. This Goodness worker continued loudly harassing this woman until she felt uncomfortable being where she was, picked up her child and walked away. He persisted by following behind the woman and was verbally aggressive until she left the area. THIS BEHAVIOUR WAS DISGUSTING and came out of nowhere!!! As a customer (and a human being who understands that child exist), the atmosphere and shopping experience prior to his interruption was lovely and festive. PLEASE NOTE, I reported this behaviour to another worker on site who was also outside near the event at the time. I felt also needed to leave this message in case management hasn't been notified so they are able to look in to this so other customers DO NOT have a simliar experience. *I have shopped at Goodness on College St numerous times and have had positive experiences with staff at this store.*
