Good service. The instructions to handover your device are pretty clear. I like how the maintenance mode instructions are also taped to the counter. I had a statys query and Christina helped me. She also followed up the next day to ensure if the issue was resolved. The waiting area is nice and clean. There is a small coffee machine if you have a longer wait time. Pretty happy overall.

I’m using a Galaxy Fold 3, and the inner screen protector came off. When I visited the Samsung Service Center, they replaced it for free. As expected, Samsung Electronics truly is a world-class brand! The staff were also very kind. And the newly released TV in the waiting room was absolutely amazing.

Samsung turned it around very quickly, tested it several times and returned it to us within 10 days. We had a very disappointing experience at the Samsung Showroom in Albany on 17-11-2025 around 4-4:30PM. When we approached the reception for help with our brand-new Fold 7, the receptionist immediately insisted that we leave the phone with the technician, without listening to the actual issue we were describing. Instead of understanding our concern, she began arguing with us, even though we clearly explained that the issue did not require a factory reset or leaving the phone for an extended period. I even mentioned that I had already spent an entire working day on the phone with Samsung’s customer service team trying to resolve it. She showed absolutely no concern. I had to firmly state that I was not comfortable leaving my new device unnecessarily. As the situation escalated, her manager stepped in and asked for the details directly. Once I explained the issue to her, she understood immediately, took the phone herself, and asked the technician to check it. The technician identified and resolved the issue in less than five minutes, exactly as we had been saying. Additionally, while my husband and I were seated right in front of the receptionist, she switched off the air-conditioning and opened the door because she felt hot, making the waiting area uncomfortable for us. Overall, the customer service from the receptionist was extremely disappointing. Having recently purchased two Fold 7 devices, this is far below the standard we expected from Samsung. I strongly recommend additional customer service training for this staff member to prevent similar experiences for future customers.

They have good service but never contacted me back once finished repairing. I told them to text my back up phone or email me. They contacted the phone that they had repaired it had the Sim card in it so never got the text. I called Samsung customer service I tried to get hold of the albany Samsung customer service but no respond. I don't live close to albany but decided to take a trip up there to see if the phone was repaired lucky enough it was. The phone was nicely done up .

Awful experience. Phone faulted, half the screen disappeared behind white and black lines so I called the repair centre to see what can be done, they suggested I send it up with a written description of my phone which I did, paying for quick overnight delivery, after three weeks I heard nothing from them - even after providing my email and a backup phone number for them to call - and when my phone was returned it was unrepaired because they said there was no fault description. They didn't even attempt to turn on the phone once they received it because they would have seen the fault. I got in touch with Samsung customer service who said the only thing they can do is send it back. I waited for over 7 days for a parcel to send it back with and then attempted to keep in contact with the service centre to ensure the repair was done properly. After an excruciatingly long wait, the phone was finally returned to me repaired. Less than 3 months later the fault returned. After another long wait I requested a new device as I do not trust their service anymore and my phone is still under warranty - I was informed I would receive the phone within 8 working days. Two weeks later, and I'm still waiting. I would not recommend anyone to use this service. Don't buy direct from Samsung because this is the only repair service available under warranty. Buy from a mobile service provider instead, they repair items to a high quality, provide a loan device, and don't take weeks to do so.

Great products but highly untrustworthy service. My Fold4 had a mysterious issue during an update. I called the samsung 0800 number who are wonderful! Then, I had the horrid experience of dealing with the repair company. Firstly, before I said anything the "customer service" person said that the phone isn't working because of impact damage. After explainimg that the issue was not due to impact damage and that the problem occurred after an update. She just didn't believe me. So I get a quote saying customer misuse and impact damage. Absolutely no thoughts about actually fixing the problem. This leads me to believe this is an absolute scam. Now, getting a new shell for the phone would be great! It's cheap too. But, scamming people for a few extra dollars is simply unacceptable. Nobody should have to be treated like a liar nor should anyone have to pay for something they don't need. I will update this review after my business is completed with this company.

I needed the screen protector replaced, it was done quickly and free under warranty. However when it was returned all photos and contacts had been deleted and settings were back to factory settings. I wasn't told that needed to happen so there was no backup and all that is now lost.
