   Encourage reviewers to focus on the reviews where people have actually ordered product and their experience. Roofing Industries delivered scratched and damaged roofing with boot prints all over it. There were no apologies, no decent customer service, no offers to put it right. The product was not of quality to apply and meet NZ standards. They tried angles to get you to accept substandard damaged product, doesn't affect the warranty etc. At the end of the day it doesnt meet "MBIE Guide to Tolerances" for what is unacceptable in NZ building. Then reenforcing their approach to customer service they refused to resupply undamaged product, and picked up their damaged product. It cost us 2 months delay in resupplying from another manufacturer ( which arrived impecable) . If you want deplorable customer service, when things go wrong a lot of finger pointing, & not putting it right, poor product process, or damaged product this was our experience.

   Walking past in Albany 3 friends man starts yelling at us from inside, then he proceeds to drive over 80ks an hour towards me and my friends and run us if the road, liscense plate pck270

   Hopefully your roofing skills are better than your driving ones... Almost took me out when I was crossing the road and I had right of way. Driver can be described as stocky white bald male. Not sure that would narrow it down enough.

   Painful to deal with. Took 2 weeks to make but when placing order told 3 days. Had to chase up numerous times over the phone and when it did get delivered they forgot 3/4 of it! So the rest of it came the following day.

   do the job . not very friendly , sooner go to other companies where staff seem to enjoy being there. personal opinion of course but i do prefer a bit of fun while shopping
