   Terrible service, there is so many better plumbers out there to use, stay away from these guys. The worst experience I have had and I deal with a lot of tradies, all they cared about was getting paid. Came out to prime our pump that kept faulting and all they did was turn the tap on which I told him while on site I had already done that and why would I pay a professional to do something a child can do, then they charge me for it plus sundries and 1 hour of being on site. They have no idea how to deal with customers, if you don’t fix something or listen to the customer then don’t charge them, if they are unhappy then take the loss!

   Tony did an amazing job !!!Really impressed with my new dishwasher installation and he kindly removed old dishwasher off site too . Amazing to communicate with especially as I can’t talk following an operation - he was patient and kind as we communicated by text . Highly skilled professional . Dishwasher runs amazingly !Highly recommend Kumeu plumbing ltd ! Thanks heaps !

   Had a bore pump supposedly repaired by these people for for an unbelievable $7000 lasted 36 months and now same problem. I was told by a lady there called Megan that she would discuss it with the boss and get back to me but surprise surprise nothing. The only advice I can give is don't let them on your premises.

   Really impressed with the service we received today. Had a sewage overflow on Saturday and was unable to use the washing machine, a toilet and a sink as it would push raw sewage out of the cesspit onto the property. Called another company and they said they could do nothing over the wee and they would get back to us on Monday. Monday we did a follow up call and got no reply. Tuesday I phoned and complained and in the afternoon they phoned saying they are busy and can’t attend until the following week. I gave KPL a call and they took all details and phoned within an hour saying they would be sending someone out. I was quite shocked at the speed expecting another long delay. They turned up following all Covid protocols and proceeded to rectify the problem. It only took them an hour. We had been quoted a higher figure from the previous company and were pleasantly surprised with the price we were charged by KPL. I would seriously use them in the future and would have no trouble recommending them as they were very professional and speedy.

   Bill came out 4 times what was quoted. Bad communication, poor conflict resolution. To be fair they gave me a small discount in the end. I only paid the bill because I just didn't want to deal with them anymore. I felt I was intentionally mislead on the quote, would not recommend.

   These guys did a terrible job. The plumber was very uncommunicative & grumpy - took off halfway through the job and left it incomplete and the job site a mess. KPL then charged me the full price for the job - and when I disputed it, they took me to Baycorp. I continued to dispute it through them, paid half the invoice (which I thought was fair) but they were relentless. I now have a bad credit rating from the experience and have had to pay the full price to clear my name. I'd avoid these turkeys if you can... I certainly wish I did!
