Booked in for the 1 hour massage and I kid you not, it was the best massage I've ever received. I've been struggling with tight muscles and headaches for a while and needless to say, Betty worked her magic. Not only was the massage great, Betty's care and service was exceptional. She gave us a tour of her workplace and explained in detail the service. Betty's knowledge and professionalism was what made the experience 10/10
My first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. Betty took the time to show me around and explain where everything is, and what other therapies are available. Betty is a one man band and she does it all! She was thorough, precise and careful. I travelled from Palmy and was able to book in very easily using the fresha booking tool. Even though this my first visit and I had travelled from Palmy, Betty still talked to me about rebooking and she didnt write me off as a one off customer, which I really appreciated. I will be back. Betty is so lovely & friendly. I’ve been coming here for about a year now & she never disappoints. She is very compassionate & takes pride in her work, whilst doing everything safely & ensures you feel comfortable. She is my go-to for all types of waxing & she has been my best experience so far.
