   On Thursday, I decided to stop by Manukau mall for Japan Mart and Gong Cha. In all honesty, I didn't mean to come have a look at Walker & Hall but the 50% off sign really made me walk in to have a look. I was very drawn to the Karen Walker Love Drop Pearl Earrings which were 50% off. Oh my god. What a steal. I was very reluctant to buy it. Krish asked to try it on. She was not forceful or tried her sales persony charm on. I told her I couldn't afford it as I was going through financial savings, however Krish was understanding and not pushing me to buy it. I went home, feeling defeated. I gave it a few hours of thought after arriving home, I gave W&H a call and kindly Krish picked up the phone. Krish was happy to hold the earrings for me. I came back and purchased it the next day. Krish made the whole experience of buying the earrings pressure free. She was kind, understanding and very friendly. This was my second time dealing with Krish and everytime, she is very splendid every time. Such a friendly customer service person ever at Walker and Hall. I will come back to W&H again just because I had a wonderful experience with Krish.
