Their website does not say anything about not accepting walk-ins to inquire about services. Went in yesterday to inquire about immigration medicals and the receptionist - instead of re-directing us to the number on the door - was very arrogant and condescending. Regardless of the reason, information needs to be delivered in a respectful manner and the receptionist has no idea what respect means. I would not recommend wasting your money and time here. Had a much better experience ringing a different clinic in town.
