   New World Silverstream is always a pleasure to shop at. The store is clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. Staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and happy to go the extra mile. The fresh produce and bakery sections are excellent, and checkout is always quick and efficient. A great local supermarket that really looks after its customers.

   This is a great supermarket. It has personality, which the others in the area don't. Their fruit and veggies and meat are the best in Upper Hutt. The sandwiches, rolls and donuts in the deli cabinet are always fresh and tasty. The gelato in the foyer is great. The shop is always clean, shelves always well stocked with a wide range of products. The staff are very friendly and go the extra mile. This supermarket offers a great shopping experience.

   As lovely as the shop is, i still have to ask for products to be ordered, for some reason they don't have in the items i like that much, when i ask staff they say they cant get them in currently yet other supermarkets seem to, then the staff go off an find out an come back with its falling off the ordering list? ok i will be a sheep an believe that, not good enough, you cater for all! as a supermarket not just what the locals want, tonight 13/08/23 I went there an no biscuits, no bread, no crackers i like, so may have to start shopping at stokes valley or further, as i don't like having to eat things i don't like often, because that's all you have there, maybe start stocking some more that would be great, an being a Sunday is no excuse, CATER FOR ALL!

   Good parking, although often full. The supermarket is good. Bit squishy in some aisles. Lots of product for a small supermarket. Generally friendly staff. Self check-outs are handy. Lovely florist section. I like the music they play too but in the past it has been a bit loud, didn't notice it so much today though.

   Good value and range of products .. including bottled sheep's milk and great pies! One thing only irritates: I do my own accounting and sales here often register with delayed entries from the bank. Significant time-wasting incurred when later checking my figures.

   This is a small supermarket serving a demographic that doesn’t mind paying the big $$ for convenience. It’s not somewhere that the average person would do a weekly grocery shop. Also, the carpark is shared with the health centre, a primary school across the road a small smattering of businesses. Avoid during school drop offs and pick up times. The shelves have the basics you’d need as a ‘top up’ shop, fruit, veggies, cereal, soft drinks etc. so naturally there’s not an abundance of choices. And if you’re in the ‘saver club’ (you can join online) you’ll make some good savings (not compared to large supermarkets). The ‘hot food’ like chickens have been sold out by closing time. The fresh bread that gets put on ‘clearance’ is often grabbed early. Reasonable wine and beer selection. Not cheap. Self check out, usually quicker. Otherwise the check outs have long lines and there aren’t many. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Good deli counter. Lovely ‘flower’ section at the front. They sell fresh, healthy looking flowers for those last minute gifts - if you’re not allergic, the prices will make your eyes water.
