   Highly recommend Bodee, Hayley and their whole team at Insite! They are such a friendly crew when you visit their offices, nothing seems to be a bother and they make the whole process so easy! Anna was amazing at preparing options for us to consider in comparison to what we already had in place, but much better policies and although we expected the cost to be a lot higher through a broker, it was actually very competitive! One of the policies was actually cheaper than what we had. Going through a broker gave us more options for policies, we were able to pick and choose what we felt was best for us even though it was through multiple insurers. They were very patient with us too. Now we have a single contact we can speak to for all of our policies, no long holds waiting on the phone, so much better! We also had issues in the past not understanding the terminology in previous covers and being caught out at claim time, but the team answered our questions in simple english and made sure we had the right policies for us, so we don’t get caught out in future. Love your work team!
