   Went in for an appt to get a package insurance quote. Gave all details requested which took time. Received an email a few days later with a quote from one insurance firm. When I queried why there weren't quotes from other insurance companies I was advised they only deal with the one insurance place. So no comparisons were made to ensure I was getting the best insurance deal. Yet website clearly states "We always act on behalf of our client and look for specific plans from various insurance companies and select the most suitable and present it to our clients for their considerations and finally put the best cover in place". Very disappointed indeed. Also office was very cluttered, small and untidy. Did not seem professional at all. Actually had to ask if I was in the right place when I arrived as it did not look like a place that offered professional services.
