My phone screen broke while I urgently needed it for work and they replaced it that same morning! The pricing was good - one of the other places I queried got back to me with a quote that was nearly double what I paid here. Speedy, friendly and honest service as well.
Would never use these guys again. $90 to 'look at the phone' (used to be put against the cost of repair of phone), then $500 to fix it with non-apple parts. Went to pick it up to be told the Face ID didn't work. For $590 it would not have been much more to get a brand new phone as it is only an I-phone 12.
I had some hard-to-reach sand lodged in the charging port of my cellphone. Romel from Device Repair Guy fixed this issue for me in no time. Also, the shop assistant who was at the desk was also friendly and helpful. I will definitely return if I have any electronic device issues in the near future.
Super quick response to my query and they were able to help then and there. The price was as expected and I was able to pay up front. Same day completion was their target and the job was done on time. Friendly and just fantastic all-round service... They will definitely be my first call in the future.
The service was great. Got the job done, and my watch now has a 100% health battery. However, for the price point, I would’ve expected a little bit more information about aftercare. My Apple watch charged to its previous “battery health” which is about 73% and doesn’t charge further. This isn’t the fault of the store at all, but I would’ve expected some information on how to reset the battery calibration. In fairness, Apple doesn’t have very good information about recalibration either.

Got a replacement battery for my iPhone 11 from them. More expensive than an original, but went anyway due to faster service. Not to be recommended though, as the battery underperformed from day 1 and did not even charge to more than 88% after 3 months.
