   Was pleased when Shayda said she could fit me in for a keratin treatment on Tuesday at 2pm. I had purchased a GrabOne voucher for $99 and purchased $75 worth of product so that when I washed my hair on Saturday it would still be beautiful. Washed hair with conditioning solution i.e. Cynos Argan Oil Thairapy and my hair didn't go smooth. Checking the product there is no mention that it was a keratin product. Just that it was an argan oil product. Was a tad disappointed so tried to contact Venice. No response. Text. No response. Contacted Grabone as well. After talking to my friend, who is a stylist too, she said products react to different peoples hair, just like perfume. My hair was beautiful for 9 months using KERA Keraplus Keratin Treatment.

   Called this place 3x with no answer and when I drove all the way here I found out they were closed even though though there was no sign to say they were closed Edit after owners reply: I came on the 1st of April the sign on your door said it was going to be closed 4-5 April and the regular opening hours on the door said you were open on a Saturday. Also your “open” flag was outside. Google only said temporarily closed the day after (2nd April) and on the 1st of April it STILL said you were open. If you don’t want negative reviews take responsibility for your business and update your hours so people won’t waste their time

   I took my mum here last week to get our lashes and nails done for a family wedding — it was our first time getting eyelash extensions and a gel manicure/pedicure (so we had quite a few questions!), but Sharika was really patient and professional in guiding us which helped ease any nerves. The space is so lovely too with a relaxing ambience. We were both very happy with the end result and would definitely come back to Venice Beauty. Thank you, Sharika!
