I ordered their milk tea and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion — it literally came in a bucket! Easily enough for two people to share. The milk tea itself was smooth, perfectly sweetened, and had a nice balance of tea and milk flavour — definitely one of the better ones I’ve tried in Auckland. The pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the size of the drinks. It’s great value for money, which makes it a solid option for regular visits. They also offer a loyalty card which is a nice bonus if you’re planning to come back often. Service was decent — efficient and polite, though not overly chatty. The staff handled the orders quickly even though it was a bit busy when I went. One thing to keep in mind is parking — there’s no dedicated parking lot, so you’ll need to find a spot along Dominion Road or on a nearby side street. But honestly, it’s worth the effort. If you’re after a good milk tea spot in Mt Eden, Cream Momo is definitely worth checking out. I’ll be back!

   This shop just launched their new drinks, and I had to try them! The new tea-based drinks are absolutely refreshing—you can really taste the freshness of the tea, and it pairs perfectly with milk. It’s such a balanced and satisfying combination. I also tried the coconut milk with taro and mango, as well as the Mango Sango Boom. Both were amazing! The toppings were generous, and the flavors were spot-on. The taro was creamy, the mango was sweet and tangy, and the coconut milk tied everything together beautifully. Overall, the taste is perfect, and the variety of toppings makes each drink feel special. Highly recommend trying their new menu—you won’t be disappointed!

   I love durian so I ordered the Durian & Mango w coconut jello. I liked the atmosphere and the clean operation of the shop. Staff was friendly. As for the drink, I can see how people like this type of drinks. it had a nice taste of durian and mango, It was not bad, but it was not my cup of tea.

   Just had a negative experience here. Walked in ready to order but they didn't want to take my order and stayed in the back area. I waited patiently. As soon as some people came in behind me the staff came running and immediately started taking their order, ignoring that I was first in line. Pretty rude treatment so I walked out without ordering. It seems some people get preferential treatment here over others.

   Ordered online. Paid. Confirmed pick up time. Booked an uber to grab it en route. When we got there made us wait 20min longer. Racking up massive uber charges. No apology or empathy from the staff. And to top it off they got our bloody order wrong!!! Do not recommend

   First visit this newly opened store，got a good deal today coz they doing a promotion( purchase any drink to get a free boba milktea which is quite tasty, service nice and fast too, i'm pretty sure I'll come back often… recommend logan osmanthus and feijoa/mango series.
