   Love the boys, great range of booze, workers probably know me too well haha. I will say they need to fix their system so it automatically recognises discounts & promotions as sometimes in the past when the product is scanned I have to correct on the price, but no worries.

   My grandad came in here looking for a nice chat after finding out he was convicted for level 3 tax fraud. A lovely brown haired lad talked to him for over 2 hours while he was waiting for custody. We ended up buying a large Champagne bottle in celebration of a good chat. Thank you for keeping him company, he's locked away for good now. No more laundering gold and exporting contraband money from overseas.

   When did poorly trained people think it was okay to discriminate against kiwis in NZ. Train your staff better. If you are discriminating against a disable person with a valid mask exception you will be in big trouble, The same government that made the laws you are following incorrectly, also provided exemptions for disabled people. For anyone that has issues at this store lodge a complaint with the Human Rights Commission. They will then investigate and will either Goto meditate or provide free legal council ,when they take the matter to the tribunal and the owners will be potentially in a lot of trouble and face hefty fines for discrimination. Regardless it will cost them a lot of money and also attract media coverage - exposure to various groups that watch for this.

   I have just been in and asked for a mask exemption which I have, as does my husband, we both showed the young woman who promptly asked if we had just printed something off the internet, I told her it was a legal document and that she should know what it looks like, another customer started chiming in and said she didn’t believe us, the girl said we had To show her cameras, when I asked where they were she said everywhere… she wasn’t listening and just kept going on about how it’s her job, to which I was replying yes that’s fine we understand but she needs to be educated.. she was not listening so we left!! Very unhappy that staff are not educated

   Over charged on their web site advertised price. A mistake, or taking advantage of customers that can't go inside during level 3? Interested to hear Bottle O's response or whether other customers have had the same experience...
