   The place is clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable they looked after me well throughout. During my procedure Doctor Shanu explained what was happening at each stage and talked me through what I needed to do. I felt very safe and comfortable.The before and after care with Richard has been great and I would recommend Wellington Eye institute to anyone.

   Had LASIK treatment with Dr Subbiah. My reason for choosing this clinic was initially purely based on convenience as they are close to my work office but, I quickly realised they were the best choice for many other reasons. From the first appointment I was blown away by the professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail of the whole team - not to mention the beautiful clinic and premises. Every person involved in my procedure was warm and set me at ease, taking time to explain everything to me and reassure me, including detailed after care support. The whole process from start to finish could not have been easier and I am so happy with the results. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering laser treatment.

   The whole experience was great, from the initial consultation through to the surgery and follow up. The costs were as quoted with no surprises. All our qualms about having both cataracts fixed at the same time were put to rest. We were given drops for post care in labelled bags with a chart to keep track. Very professional and personalised care.

   Possibly one of the most professional teams of experts, from that first enquiry through to discharge, I have experienced. Every care and effort was taken to get my vision the best it possibly could be, and it is excellent. Dr Subbiah and Richard are good people and very good at what they do. The front of house staff were a pleasure to deal with, nothing was a problem. And the calibre of the technology they have is next level. I would recommend Eye Institute to family and friends and anyone else without hesitation.

   Had LASIK done a week ago and they were very helpful. I had a very high prescription, they explained to me what they could do what they couldn't do safely. Very professional environment and would highly recommend them for LASIK. Office is beautiful with a great view too! Very helpful in aftercare also. Adjusted the plan as needed
