I placed an order on the 27 June, still have not received any notification of delivery or even if it has been sent. I have sent a few emails , that bounce back, Spoken on the chat which says contact customer support, which I have with no response. A response would be appreciated.
I had a fantastic experience buying from NZFUR+SKIN. Despite being in Lebanon, their delivery was prompt, and the products were of excellent quality. Highly recommended!
Within an hour of writing the paragraph below, I received a phone call from Kim who was very apologetic and explained why I had not got a response. I will go to the shop when we are able to do so and try on a replacement pair. I am happy with this outcome. I have been sent a pair of slippers that do not match. I have emailed twice, sent a chat message, and tried to phone. Email messages returned as not a viable address and chat message not received. Nil answer on phone.
