Despite the sign on the window saying you can, you cannot post internationally from here.

Avoid NZ Post & this store at all costs unless you're fine with endless delays, damaged goods, and lost packages. Their so-called "target delivery dates" are an outright farce—a cruel joke disguised as a promise, embodying Orwellian doublespeak at its worst.

Do yourself a favor and walk the two blocks to the other post office. All the one star reviews about this place are correct and I wish I read them before I subject myself to the utter disrespect I experienced the other day. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude to me for no reason and wouldn’t even let me finish write my letter. What kind of post office wouldn’t even allow their clients to write the address of the mail they’re trying to send? I left and just went to the other post office down the street after she started accusing me of planning to steal (??) and literally YELLED at me about how I’m driving away actual customers by loitering next to the counter. When all I did was quietly use the counter to finish writing a letter. I was standing there for no more than 2 minutes and not one person was in the shop, so I don’t understand how I was driving away customer when I am a customer myself! EXTREMELY unprofessional I don’t understand how this business even have the credentials to send mail and packages, because personally I would not trust such a horrid business with my mail. Stay far away!

The worst service of all time. Do not go there! They do not talk to you and will give you the angriest look when you bring in a parcel. My partner had a similar experience and got told "don't bring parcels after 3pm" .... the next day he brought in more parcels to send in the morning and got told "bring them closer to 3pm". Never experienced such attitude and rudeness like this guy before in my whole life.

Don't come here for your postage - dosent measure or weigh your postage, you get overcharged and when you challenge it you get a weak excuse about not having the right stamps. Tell me the RIGHT amount - and if you dont have the right stamps TELL ME and I can choose to buy more or go elsewhere - general poor customer service - they just lost a customer.

DO NOT use NZ post here. Package never got scanned in and the owner claims to have never seen me or had any packages that day just an hour after posting there. All other nz post locations in Wellington seem to work well and have much more pleasant staff.

Worst postal service I’ve even seen. 1 more star for the only post shop open till 7pm. The cashier is very rude and only allows me borrow the pen when I made payment for shipping bag. After I made the payment for shipping bag, i have to pay one more dollar for tracking. There is no desk for you to write sender and receivers’ detail.
