A return bus trip was booked and paid for well in advance by the hosts of an event we were attending and this firm was a no-show. People were simply left stranded at the meeting point. If you want a reliable taxi service, this isn't it.
I’m giving a 1 star review because no stars wasn’t an option. We pre-booked a shuttle months in advance to transport wedding guests to and from the venue. The driver never showed up and we ended up having to delay the wedding while guests went back to collect our stranded guests. Their offices aren’t manned in the weekend so we couldn’t even contact them. No one came back for them at the end of the night either, which had a huge impact on the day. If you have an important event and need a reliable service, don’t use this one. You’ve been warned :)
We used these guys for our wedding and they were amazing in terms of communication, timings and getting people between locations safely!! Would recommend!

Had the most wonderful taxi experience of my life. Thank you to Angus for looking after me and my sisters on a rainy afternoon in Matakana. Angus brought the sunshine for us, even though he was working on his birthday. Love ya Angus and Happy Birthday
Rude to customers, aggressive to other drivers, slow to respond to bookings and unreliable when booked. If only we had Uber in town, these dinosaurs would be extinct.
Wonderful service. Driver chatted to my friends elderly mum and picked up a possible bank scam. Looked after the old girl. Saved the day. Top marks Angus
Not impressed with the service. I needed to travel from the wharf to the service station with fuel containers and back to the boat. This request was not a big enough job for them and even though they had available vehicles they said they would not help me. I ended up hiring a random person for $20. I recommend you do not use this company.
