   Worst service that I have experianced. I was surpose to collect a prescription for my father . He had rung up and organised for the meds to be collected . Went into the store a young lady asked what I needed and I told them im here to pickup my fathers repeat perscription. They said that I had already picked it up along with the meds??? I have only stepped into the store now. I havent done anything. Then they couldnt find what meds he was surposed to be on. The Pharmacist couldnt even find the meds. It took a while for both women to find the prescription and process it. Waited. Not good at all .

   Could not have been more helpful on my first visit. I had an issue with my prescription from another pharmacy to which they willingly responded and assured me it was no trouble at all I rate them 10 out of 10.

   The care people speak of must have been a thing of the past. Chemists inside particularly the taller blonde lady with glasses is judgmental and will treat you as she wishes. I’m currently tapering off a medication and herself and all other chemists treat me like a criminal and every time I get my medication she mysteriously cannot see the prescription in her system and makes me call my doctor just to create a problem. Don’t expect to be able to simply pick up your script as many times it won’t be even found on the system then it will mysteriously show up, customers don’t need eyes or judgment when trying to get healthy, the gossip between all the women is astounding. I will be making a formal complaint.

   Friendly staff, but if they don't have prescribed medicine in stock, the claim that its out of stock NATIONWIDE and you should seek replacement from you doctor. However it was twice that I've found it in another pharmacy the same day! Plenty of stock! You also have to ask for prescription (copy) to be given back if some items are not available and you wish to get it elsewhere. - I've purchased 2 items out of 4 and had to insist on getting my prescription (copy?) back with the other two items listed, so I could sourceit elsewhere.
