Took my Mazda for a service and warrant. Had a hassle free experience with friendly service, good communication and an honest description of work done and items that might need attention in future.
Worst service I have ever come across, no updates on my car for over a month they had to send my transmission away for a rebuild , 3 weeks later I had to call them asking what's going on I need a update , where the response was , sorry but the guy who is working on your car is sick so nothing has been done. Terrible service, Im still waiting for my vehicle from 14 May.
Had four new tyres fitted and balanced. The team took care with the rims as I had just had one painted. They did a great job and had great communication and were well organised when I dropped the car off in the morning and then collected it after work. Thanks team!
Incredible service, call centre and the on-site staff are 150% Very clear communication on what they will do, and what they have done. Great chat. Cherry on top is they even vacuum your car afterwards.
Great customer service, facilities and great staff. The customer area was excellent and allowed me to carry on working while I waited for my car to be completed.
