   Just got my Mercedes back GREAT job thanks guys when I took car in was originally just for rear bumper showed then right rear door that needed quick sand and paint (very small) didn't want rust they did that as well for NO EXTRA CHARGE again thanks heaps

   Highly recommend for panel beating work! Awesome service and experience with repairs and changes to the original quote. Very flexible, and great communication when I followed up to try to get it done a bit earlier than estimated. Professional friendly staff from my calls and meeting in person which made the experience smooth. Also, my car was returned after a nice clean. Great automated system which made it easy to manage. Would go back again and recommend to others!

   Simple insurance claim - panel beating job. Car spent 2 weeks sitting on the forecourt (originally quoted at 10 days) my husband was amazed to find they only started the job on day 13, yet completed the job the very next day... So to recap, a car that apparently took 36 hours to repair was fraudulently kept at this business for two weeks!? This is breach of contract / misrepresentation for both the client and the insurance company.. To make things worse, the repair failed and hollowed out a couple of weeks later. Shoddy as all hell

   Excellent panel beating and painting in my case. Returned the car in a week cleaned and shiny. I had some so-so experience with other panel-beaters before that and I can definitely say these guys are doing great job. Would definitely recommend them and use their services again myself.

   Initially a poor experience at Hopper St. A long wait to repair a bumper and boot for an insurance job - It took around 3 months to even start work on it. After the repair was finished, the bumper has started lifting on one side. I took it back only to be told it's a screw which it's clearly not. I ended up taking it to the guys in Waterloo Quay to repair the repair and they were amazing. Great work and fasts turn around, thanks again.

   Very poor experience at Hopper Street Blair Wright group. The car was in for a ding in the back, requiring the bumper to be resprayed the the boot replaced. The boot was replaced with a second hand white boot and resprayed to match. I experienced a very long wait of 3 months for the work to be done. I then had to take the car back to them for many reasons. In particular the tail light stopped working, the rear boot was not aligned correctly making it near impossible to close and there were trim panels not correctly seated along with visible tape. Along with these rectifiable mistakes there was also a number of other issues that cannot be fixed. -There is now base paint overspray on the trim pieces from when it was painted. -there were many clips left in the door and painted over, this is now going to be a point of failure for the new paint to flake away in the future and is exposing the white (original) paint underneath -the central locking does not work with the remote as the receiver is in the boot lid. (this last part is currently in dispute with Blair right group claiming to have never touched the module or to have used the key fob to lock/unlock the car) All in all I would not recommend taking your car here. Although the receptionist was very good, and all workers acted professional, I cannot justify the long waiting time to have my car repaired along with the poor quality of work, which has now left me with a car that never will be of the standard that it was through no fault of my own.
