Terrible company to deal with. They have long outstanding accounts and do not respond to phone, email and text messages. This is very disappointing

Very bad customer service!!! Purchased a giant blue bow online, weeks had gone by, received no bow or confirmation, rang to speak with boxit gifts who advised they didn’t receive order and will follow up, anyway more weeks go by and finally receive the bow which looks nothing like the picture advertised! It comes with a 2 step instructions note which tell you to pull cords to form bow! Have tried that many times and still no bow has formed and boxit gifts refuse to refund! $62 down the drain! Do not buy from these people they do not give refunds for this type of rubbish!
