   Worst experience ever. I went to the store to pick up my online purchase. Because the item was heavy, I was instructed by one of the staff members to go inside so they could locate my order. While I was standing exactly where I was told to wait, the salesperson was searching for my item. Suddenly, an older lady from the staff started shouting at me from a distance, telling me I “shouldn’t be there.” She was angry, unprofessional, and extremely rude. I calmly explained that her colleague had asked me to stand there, but her behaviour completely ruined my day. There is absolutely no excuse for speaking to customers like that. This was one of the most disrespectful and unpleasant interactions I have ever had in any store.

   Unfortunately we're never going back to this branch again!! Bad experience in-store. Henderson would be my best choice, for out west! A half star rating for Westgate is the best I can give.

   Absolutely terrible customer service! The manager at this branch seriously needs to refresh her customer service skills. She refused to help me even when the customer service team was genuinely trying to find a solution. Instead of being supportive, she hid behind “policy” — yet when I went to another branch, a much more hard-working and professional manager was able to assist me without any issues. This manager is full of herself and seems more concerned about her own importance than actually helping customers. It’s a bad example for her staff and leaves a really poor impression of the store. I won’t be coming back to this branch.

   "Terrible customer service experience! The staff seemed clueless about the products they were selling. I was sold the wrong item, even though I specifically mentioned what I was looking for. When I tried to exchange it, they refused, despite the product being unopened. Needless to say, I won't be returning and recommend shopping at this place.

   Came in here knowing what I was looking for and Amy was able to help me find everything in about half of the time that I would've spent on my own. She did it all with a smile and warm attitude. Her customer service was top notch and hard to find these days. She should get employee of the month. I would definitely recommend this store if she is working and the one helping you!

   I came in at 5.20pm to get an item that id already brought in the past so I knew it would only take me 2 minutes to buy and Karen decided to tell me to go buy it on your website because it was 5 minutes until they close. I was out the door with my purchase by 5.27pm. Do your staff not get paid to 5.30pm??? Very rude!! Won’t be buying from you guys again. Might even return everything

   Mandy at the Westgate store was so rude, she has no concept of customer service. I definitely won’t be going back and will recommend all my friends and family stay away as well. Also if you want to be able to inforce a policy you need to have a paper trail it can’t just be “oh the staff tell people that”
